Real-time availability flows both ways when permissions allow. DentDesk reads open slots; approved bookings appear in your PMS.
During a patient call, DentDesk checks availability, offers eligible slots, and creates the appointment when direct writeback is enabled.
DATA FLOW ARCHITECTURE
The call is routed to DentDesk's AI voice system. Audio is processed in real time and discarded. Only the conversation transcript and booking data are retained.
